ORDER CANCELLATION
Your order can only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 6% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account. After 48 hours of purchase there is no refund.
EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
Exchanges and refunds apply in the case of defective or incorrect orders delivered by Vera. Please make sure to share images and/or videos showing the defect so we may process the claim.
Note:
Kindly note changes can only be made to an order within 72 hours of placing the order.
It is advised that clients choose outfits, sizes and colours carefully before placing orders to avoid any inconvenience later.
